🔁 All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Cricket CrowdCast are final and non-refundable.
This applies to:

• Merchandise (e.g., CCC hats, shirts, memorabilia)

• Digital content or downloads

• Competition entries and game fees

• Membership or subscription fees

• Gift cards or promotional items

⚠️ Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, accidental orders, or delayed delivery caused by postal services.

However, we may offer replacements or store credit if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective

• You receive the wrong item

• A clear photo of the item and packaging

• A description of the issue
